The SADC of D’Autray-Joliette coordinates this project, which has brought together, for the past eight years, individuals holding human resources management positions in local businesses. During sessions facilitated by Lisa Leblanc from Groupe Stratège and Andrée Tousignant from Agili-T RH, HR professionals attend training, participate in various workshops, all aimed at enhancing their professional development.

The HR Co-development of D’Autray-Joliette is made possible through the financial participation of the Government of Quebec, Développement Économique D’Autray (DÉA), and the Economic Development Corporation of the MRC de Joliette (CDÉJ).

What do participants say about the co-development groups?

Cynthia Desjardins-Kingsbury
Cynthia Desjardins-KingsburyStrong MDI
“In three words, here is what the co-development group brings me: comfort, sense of belonging, and innovation. The world of human resources is a constantly evolving field. Being able to exchange ideas and get input from my peers in the same field has brought me comfort when I needed reassurance on a decision, gives me a sense of belonging, and provides a ton of new ideas to improve or enhance our ways of doing things.”
Magali Mireault
Magali Mireault Fenêtres Lajeunesse
Here’s the translation of the quote: “In my case, it was my first experience with co-development, and I came out of it excited and equipped. The conferences and exchanges with colleagues were very relevant! Co-development allowed me to realize that, regardless of our different work environments, we all face the same realities and challenges. The richness of the discussions in the group often became a lever in managing my daily tasks.”

The aim of the project is to create a collaborative space where people in management or operations supervisory roles can share their challenges, exchange ideas and gain new perspectives, thereby finding solutions to the various issues they face.

For each meeting, participants benefit from two hours of training and one hour of co-development, as well as three hours of mentoring. The coaching and facilitation of the meetings has been entrusted to Andrée Tousignant of Agili-T Ressources humaines.

The themes of the six training sessions are as follows:

  1. The manager’s role in the employee experience
  2. Mobilizing through leadership
  3. Managerial courage
  4. Developing autonomy and the Art of delegating
  5. Taming up to flexibility at work
  6. Agile in times of change

Operations Management Co-development is made possible thanks to the financial participation of the Quebec government and the collaboration of Alliance Métal Québec.
