The benefits of SADC membership :

With voting rights
Partner member
Any legal person, partnership or organization that is not a CLIENT of the SADC, duly registered in accordance with the provisions of the Act respecting the legal publicity of sole proprietorships, partnerships and legal persons (ch. P-45), with a place of business in the D’Autray or Joliette RCM, that completes an application form that meets the conditions for admission, supports the goals of the SADC and is accepted by the Board of Directors. The partner member acts through its designated delegate. The partner member may designate only one delegate.
Individual member
Any individual of legal age who is not a CLIENT, not subject to a protection plan for persons of legal age, residing or working in the MRC de D’Autray or the MRC de Joliette, who completes an application form that meets the admission requirements, supports the goals of the SADC and is accepted by the Board of Directors. This member may not be represented by a proxy or attorney. A natural person who is a shareholder or owner (or executive officer) of a SADC CLIENT company may not or can no longer be an individual member, but may be delegated as a CLIENT member.

Customer member
All CLIENTS must be registered in accordance with the provisions of the Act respecting the legal publicity of sole proprietorships, partnerships and legal persons (ch. P-45), have a place of business in the MRC of D’Autray or Joliette, complete an application form that meets the conditions for admission, supports the goals of the SADC and is accepted by the Board of Directors. Non-individual CUSTOMER members act through the delegate they designate, and may designate only one delegate.
Contributing member
Any partner organization of the same nature, municipality, regional county municipality (financial institutions, partners involved in local economic development, paragovernmental organization, health services center, provincial and federal agencies and organizations, etc.), with a place of business in the D’Autray or Joliette MRC, that completes an application form that meets the admission requirements, supports the goals of the SADC and is accepted by the Board of Directors. The collaborating partner member acts through its designated delegate. The collaborating member may designate only one delegate.
